As an instructional designer, I worked with subject matter experts in creating curriculum for online learning.  Many of the courses I worked on existed in an on-ground format, and I was able to integrate the material into a blended or purely online environment.  I also helped to build many programs from scratch as well.  All of the coursework was graduate-level for psychology programs across many campuses within the education system.

As an interactive web developer, I helped the institution with their social media initiatives and online presence.  This position was within the marketing department, and as such I was involved with marketing-related media placement and general online content, both within the content management system as well as our public facing website.

Research and Development Intern  |  IPAT, Inc.  |  2009 - 2010

My intern position at IPAT, Inc. was originally intended to last for 3 months, but I ended up staying with them for over a year.  I conducted validity studies and other forms of assessment research.  Additionally I helped to develop, design, implement, and conduct qualifying training courses for IPAT products.

As an instructional designer for my school's Academic Support Center, I implemented a training and development program to familiarize a team of instructional designers with the instruments needed to create and employ online classes, webinars, blended courses, etc.  I also provided supervision for the process improvement projects throughout the design and implementation stages.
